Synthline® on
the Web v. 2.0: Enhancements and New Features
Synthline® on the
Web v. 2.0 features and enhancements include:
· A powerful search engine that allows text and structure search criteria to be combined from multiple fields across seven search subsystems (End Products, Synthesis Schemes, Synthesis Intermediates, Chemical Reagents, References, Patent Families, and Chemical Structures)
· Total integration of chemical structure search and text search
· Chemical Structure Search feature for use with the CS ChemDraw™ Net Plugin, which can be downloaded at no charge from CambridgeSoft Corporation
· Advanced Chemical Structure Search features that allow searching in End Products (Drugs), Synthesis Intermediates, and Synthesis Schemes by substructure search, exact search, or Tanimoto similarity search
· Presentation in chemical format (*.CDX) of the structure of End Products (Drugs) and Synthesis Intermediates, allowing manipulation (display, copy, save…) with the same version of the CS ChemDraw™ Plugin that is used to search by chemical structure
· Automatic statistics display that facilitates data analysis, highlights trends, and filters information
· Hyperlinked navigation across all subsystems
· Browse Indexes of controlled vocabulary for targeted searching
· Field Indices that provide direct links to data subsets
· Query Manager feature for storing, editing, and reusing search strategies
· Sort feature to sort and display search results in ascending or descending order by a wide choice of fields
· Checklist option to bookmark record subsets for display, printing, or statistical analysis
· Options to display and print information in several formats (record list, basic record, full record)
