improved! The latest version is now equipped with new features to
help you retrieve, organize and analyze your organic synthesis
information with even greater efficiency. New enhancements include:

powerful search engine that allows text and structure search
criteria to be combined from multiple fields across seven search
subsystems (end products, synthesis schemes, synthesis
intermediates, chemical reagents, references, patent families
and/or chemical structures).

Advanced Chemical Structure Search features now allow
searching in End Products (Drugs), Synthesis Intermediates, and
Synthesis Schemes by substructure search, exact search, or
Tanimoto similarity search.

An enhanced automatic statistics display
that facilitates data analysis highlights trends and filters

Synthline®
on the Web provides structure-searchable access to the schemes of synthesis for
drugs currently on the market or in development worldwide. Each scheme is linked to its
original reference citation(s) and to basic information for the end product synthesized,
as well as to the chemical intermediates that intervene in the synthesis route.
Current Release (January 2008):
17,467 synthesis schemes (109 new), 10,880 end products (41 new),
78,190 synthesis intermediates (458 new), 3,117 chemical reagents
(20 new), 1,943 intermediate & reagent suppliers (0 new), 12,300
references (47 new) and 9,677 patent families (62 new).
